Swansea Again Target Priskin Loan
at 01:52:25

I can understand why some people are saying get rid but I do honestly feel he's got the goods in his locker. It's just getting them out that's the problem. The unsettled dressing room/management, being up top alone and not getting a long run in the side clearly haven't helped his confidence in front of goal. If PJ gives him some heavy shooting training over the summer and a good run in pre season where he can score regularly then I know for sure we'll see a new 20 goals a season man in him. His all round play really isn't that bad. He just needs a couple of goals to turn his form and luck around.

O\'Dea: I\'ll Be Back at Celtic
at 01:44:11

Worst left back I've seen at Portman Road since Harding! Doubt he'd even start for Colchester or Southend. Certainly not good enough for us. Can't wait to see O'Connor bombing up the flanks next season. He's our answer there. Just need a decent right back. Bring back Gus!!

O\'Dea Unsure of Celtic Future

Worst left back i've ever seen for Town since Dan Harding! Sorry O'Dea but it has to be said. You're nowhere near good enough for us and how you're even on the books at Celtic is beyond me!! Bye bye

Leeds Signing Had Been Given Permission to Speak to Town

why on earth do we need another centre half?? Can't believe this news. Any chance of a full back that isn't scared of crossing the half way line or a creative midfielder????

Keane Refuses to Blame Bad Luck
at 21:25:24

Spot on Runaround! Well said. I'd also like to agree with the person on the first page who said Wickham had a bad game. Yes he did. Did well winning us two corners from nothing but other than that I thought he was really poor today. Leadbitter also had a terrible first half but got slightly better in the second. Everyone else had a good game today & i feel for Livermoor & Fallon coming off as I thought they were having really good games. Gutted when we went behind as it so wasn't deserved and it was us who should have been 1-0. How Troy didn't score I'll never know! If Keano is insistant on playing three inner midfielders together then he has to give 3-5-2 a go. With no decent full backs on the books what do we have to lose?!?

Keane Set to Make Changes for Forest Clash
at 13:28:01

Can't for the life of me see why Keane doesn't play 3-5-2. You can't play Colback, Leadbitter and Norris in a 4-4-2 effectively without causing inbalance to the team. We clearly don't have any decent attack minded full backs at the club either (especially now O'Conner is out) and he's likely to man up that position with a centre half. So 3-5-2 seems blatantly obvious to me, plus we're at home, so the onus on attack should be with us. With some of the injuries we've had I can't believe Keane hasn't tinkered with this yet. He seems to love tinkering with the players so why not give this a go??

Keane: No One to Blame But Ourselves
at 17:17:07

I have to say I feel REALLY sorry for Roy Keane. I thought his starting eleven was spot on - with the exception of starting O'Dea over O'Connor. His tactics and subs made were also good. The Swans are a very good footballing team and we had to respect that. They had the fair share of the possession but they never hurt us and we looked more dangerous when we attacked. We all know what happened after 85 mins so I won't dwell on that however I want to talk about the major individual mistakes our lads are making. Last two league games we've been making ridiculous match changing balls ups which have cost us points. O'Dea, Delaney, Murphy (for flapping like a big girls blouse at that first goal without having his feet even leave the ground!) and Smithy (being silly enough to think he had time for a second touch in such a crowded six yard box & not putting it straight out into Britannia stand) have all cost us. Granted the younger players like Smithy are inexperienced and will hopefully learn from mistakes like these, and in time hopefully they'll become better players for it, but some of the foul ups are so stupid you wouldn't even see them at Sunday league football. I really feel for Keano as he's powerless against these individual errors and it sets the whole team back & we're left chasing games. Once the players cross that line its down to them. Today was a bitter pill to swollow as from the start of the second half I could only see one winner & if we could have made it 2-0 (Priskin really should have put that header away) then we'd have walked all over them - not bad considering they're 3rd in the league! I really don't feel things are as bad as what they appear on paper considering the troubles we've had. As far as Keane's performance today I felt he showed massive improvements and he'll no doubt see himself what a difference playing two out and out widemen made. I do feel that if Keano keeps putting sides out similar to today's team we'll win FAR more than we'll lose - providing they're not being ref'd by D'Urso! No blame from today can be put on his shoulders though & i hope fans are sensible enough to realise this. The poor guy's luck has to change soon!
Man of the match = Townsend (by a country mile!!)
Keep the faith - Keano's gunna come good I just know it (and no i've not been saying that all season - quite to the contray in fact!)

Murphy Set to Keep Place Against Former Club
at 14:45:37

Wish he didn't start now. What was he thinking flapping at that equaliser like a big girl! Dont think his feet even left the ground when he challenged for the ball. He's gotta take the blame for that one. Fulop would have certainly done better!

Keane: No 12th Man at Portman Road
at 13:18:55

Clegg/ME, please take note of this;
There's NEVER going to be a 12th man at PR with pathetic attendances of under 20k. Granted there are other issues at the moment as to why some fans aren't fully behind their team. However surely it's in everyone's best interests to pack the stadium out to full capacity and get that 12th man generated. Personally (basic example I know but you'll see my point) if i was ME i'd rather have 30k fans there having paid £15 a ticket than 15k fans having paid £30 a ticket which would bring in exactly the same revenue. £30 is just too much for the common support (especially when there's 2 home games in a week) and I for one can't visit PR nowhere near as much as i'd like because of this. Packing out the stadium would not only giving our players the 12th man but also give the club so many other benefits as opposed to it only being half full. Ipswich has a massive catchment area, a great tradition and MASSIVE potential. It worries me our attendances are so poor and there seems to be little encouragement or recognition of this from the club. The odd offer of a £20 ticket isn't bad but I feel ITFC should be doing more to try and get the 30k fans packed into PR week in week out. I know for sure if we got promoted we'll have no trouble filling the ground so the fans are clearly there to try and win over. I'll stop there before I sound like some drunk silly old mare from up the road but you catch my drift!

don't get me started on nani! the guy makes me furious and is such a diver. anyone would think there's a sniper on the roof of old trafford that regularly takes pot shots at him. The way he rolls around all over the floor like a school kid and crys like a little girl is pathetic, he makes me wanna throw things at my telly - not good! anyways with dirty thug missing sat hopefully a win will be easier to come by.

Good job!! Dirty see you next tuesday. Should be serving a sentence for GBH (due to a slight incident of his elbow fracturing a forwards skull!) not playing football! Definitely my most hated player in the Championship of all time. While i'm at it looks as though Nani might be even more of a cheating greasy w(i)nker that Ronny!

Walters Set for Stoke Switch
at 13:48:31

I am now starting to get SERIOUSLY WORRIED about the state of our club. Granted Walters wasn't half the player he usually is last season but when the going's not good he's the first person you want in your team. If we haven't got Chops already lined up with the Walters cash then i'm sorry but I think we'll be lucky to even survive in the Championship - let alone challenge! I totally agree with JonTheBass. Keano has got until christmas to show that he really does know what he's doing and that he hasn't just p**sed off everyone in the squad. And this is actually coming from a big Keano fan too!!

Pavlyuchenko Nets Winner for Spurs
at 13:33:04

I would never have gone last night and paid £15 to watch two reserve teams in action had I have known up front. I remember getting stung like this last year. That's it for me now, no more friendlys ever again. Well done ITFC! Hope the directors or someone from the board is reading these comments because I do genuinely feel you're pricing our good and loyal supporters out of the ground. £15 for that was just laughable!

Bruce and Leicester Lose
at 17:46:44

I do like Bruce as a player and was hoping for him to stay with us but after his performance last night i'm not so sure. I put him at fault for two of the goals. It'd be interesting to see where he'd be playing and what interest he'd have should he not be the son of one of the best defenders of all time. I reckon League 1 would be about his level. Shame though cos I do like the guy
