McCarthy: Bish Has to Get Back to 2014/15 Form

I find it hard to see this constructive/encouraging for young Bish. Some fans (and maybe MM too) would do well to bear in mind that he is 20 years old. He's been under an awful lot of scrutiny lately as if to suggest he's enjoyed set back after set back. Like others, I don't know what goes on behind the scenes but I can imagine being injured has been immensely frustrating, especially last season after his cracking breakthrough into the first team. I've seen comments recently which have doubted his ability.
When he has been played this season I've seen hoof ball tactics deny him the chance of performing anywhere near his capabilities. Don't think Bish should be wrapped in cotton wool but lets stop giving the kid unwarranted abuse and get behind him. He is likely going through a time tougher than fans can comprehend.
I have every faith Bish will be a footballing star but if management don't provide the support he needs I hope he will go to a club where he is valued and his talent is nurtured, not wasted.
