Whilst I am sure there were concerns over seating arrangements for SBR, to implement this new plan without exploring other options so quickly in my opinion was not the smartest move they have made thus far. In our own group we are 50/50 split between the two levels. We always go in SBR pre — game (to avoid fanzone queues and lack of seats) and will have a drink together. At halftime we always meet in the bar upstairs (the only bar to actually sit and have a drink in the whole stand).
Now we cant and that is a massive part of our game time experience, particularly as we live near Cambridge and our friends splitting their lives between Amsterdam and Norfolk, and my son travels from Welwyn.
The problem is mainly downstairs for fans swapping around. Two things could have helped this
Stewards actually checking tickets and being proactive (most of the time they spend their time standing in the same place). Anyone caught without a ticket/in the wrong place should be ejected from the game. Caught twice season ban, three times lifetime
Fans could also help to call out rogue seat swappers too

My wife and kids love Sheeran's music, i would rather lick Maggot Cheese! However as a person he is amazing and as a sponsor he is awesome. This trio of kits is another example of how we are moving along in the right direction. It would be great to have some sort of buy a shirt fund for those who cannot afford to get this 3rd kit due to the current financial climate. |

Until the away fans are move back to the North (SBR) it will always be hard to maintain atmosphere at home. I am centre of SBR lower and for me the noise level is great, most of the time there. |

Yep that pass was worth the admission money alone. If all players are patience and show just one or two touches of class a game then we will do well. So good to be back with a season ticket that hopefully will be used, and back among the SBR lower faithful

Yep although mostly on the train from Ely, if we did drive then Life's a Pitch was a must as the start to our football day. Then seeing them in and around the club was great too. I would be happy to see it comeback. But to have a go at Mark M, or any individual who clearly loves the team and has done for many years, often working many extra hours to get shows right is quite simply not on. It's pre-season, let's all jump in the same boat and row together and see how far we get. COYB! |
