Much the same as last year, although with respondents from Wider Suffolk down a little from 31.4 per cent to 25.7 per cent and those from Ipswich up from 18.1 per cent a year ago to 23.6 per cent this time around.

Elsewhere, Yorkshire, Kent, Surrey and Hampshire all move ahead of Hertfordshire along with Hampshire which breaks into the top 10 having not appearing last year.

Further afield, having four fans in the Vatican City presumably lobbying higher powers has so far done little to help Town's cause.

Perhaps worryingly, our number of respondents in North Korea has dropped from four to two. Hopefully us giving them their annual mention in this survey hasn't got them into any trouble with the authorities.

As the new owners can testify, Town have fans throughout the globe with 16 respondents in the US, 12 in Spain and a good number in Scandinavia as ever.

From memory this is the first year in which we've had three fans on Christmas Island.
