Q20 How do you rate the way matches are presented at Portman Road? (Pre-match music, half-time entertainment etc)

An improvement on last year when 45.1 per cent of respondents viewed the way games were presented as average, only 6.6 per cent as very good and 34.6 per cent as good, but still with room for improvement. Presumably the big screen and the new PA had an impact on the result.
