Mark Ashton's vote, 93.2 per cent very good last year, has been hit by the season just gone, although by rather less than Kieran McKenna's. The improvements to the stadium continue, while the training ground refurbishment is under way with the club having moved on a long way in what's still a relatively short time since the takeover.

That McKenna's position has never been in question despite short-term results illustrates the lack of panic and the longer-term approach at the top of the club which will, hopefully, pay dividends next season.
