Q25 If you have emailed the club this season, how long did it generally take to receive a response?

The Club Charter, which was introduced just over a decade ago, states that emails should receive a response within seven days. The year before last 20% said they never response, last year 19% and this year it's 20% again. On a more positive note, nearly 75% did receive a response within a week.
