Q28 If you have emailed the club this season, how long did it generally take to receive a response?



The club's Customer Charter states that they will "respond [to emails and letters] within a maximum of seven working days". The figure of 18.5% not receiving any response at all is poor but is actually down on last year's 20.6%. While responding to 34.4% within one day is impressive - identical to last year's survey - there's certainly room for improvement.
