Q27 If you have emailed the club this season, how long did it generally take to receive a response?

The club's Customer Charter states that they will respond to emails and letters within seven days. Last year 18.5% of respondents said they had received no response if they had emailed the club so this year's 11.7% is a step in the right direction, although still with significant room for improvement.

Having said that 43.4% receiving a response within one day is impressive and is well up on last year's 34.4%.
