Q29 If you have emailed the club this season, how long did it generally take to receive a response?



Town's aim, as outlined in their Customer Charter, is to respond to emails and letters within seven days. The 38.7 per cent responded to within a day is impressive and up on last year's 32.8 per cent.

This year's 17.3 per cent not receiving a response at all is down on last summer's 22.5 per cent, but there's still room for signficant improvement.
