Q31 If you have asked the club a question via social media have you received a response?

Last year 52.1 per cent of respondents said their social media query hadn't received a response and 52.6 per cent the previous season, so this year's result is a step forward if still far from perfect.

However, it is worth pointing out that the volume of questions sent to the various accounts is sizeable with many covering similar areas.
