It's always going to be a backs to the wall job and although the effort was in abundance we just haven't got the quality at this level. The signing of Philogene was completely unnecessary when we are in a relegation struggle 20 million wasted on a player that's always going to be a championship player we just keep making the same mistakes in recruitment heads will need to roll in that department.

Another solid performance from Woolfenden - O'Shea better on right than any of our right backs, Greaves too many errors.Midfield gives away the ball too often, we try to play out from the back, midfield gets the ball with a man on and try to turn, looses ball - again and again. We had plenty of opportunities to win the game, but need too many chances to score - a small slip and opponents score. Palmer saved us on several occasions when Greaves and Davies gave the ball away. Delap fantastic strong receiving ball and getting away from defenders, need to improve the shooting a little and we could have won.
