Name dropping you on a TWTD post means this is important. Seems as you got Paul Cook fired, would you mind working your magic again, only this time making sure we retain Kieran McKenna on a nice 5 year contract?
I got to thinking how funny it has been that we've had a few non-derby rivalries over the last few seasons, some of these were rivalries that were not really of our own creation
Brentford - Stickers? Or am I making this up
Colchester United - Love treating us like a derby
Cambridge United - Celebrated against us like a cup final
Portsmouth - Not happy with our financial freedom
Bristol City - They don't like Ashton very much, most have come around to the fact it might not have been his fault, except that Fez fella who still talks about him with venom.
Leeds - Promotion Rivalry (the most understandable one)
This article is probably written by AI in all honesty, but wasteful is laughable. 28 goals in 199 isn't pretty but how many minutes is that, not to mention how instrumental Jackson has been in his off the ball movement pulling defensive lines out of shape.
I respect that Jackson has not been a powerhouse for us, but "wasteful" is taking the piss.
Is we've managed to put the love of supporting Ipswich Town back into the youth contingent. We missed a generation who probably took on Man City or someone else as "Ipswich are sh1t " when talking with your mates.
If we have a solid run and keep building then we will start looking so much better for youth support and driving Norwich out of our catchment area.
From an amazing captain who held us together for as long as he could during a scuffed regime to a captain who dropped down to L1 to drive us to the Premier League
With Sky TV and other premium channels broadcasting the vast majority of Premier League games, do we know if Town TV will have any utility at all next season?
Looking at the work Kieran has done with bringing the best out in players, his past credentials of handling youth development for an elite team and the season Omari had with us - I reckon a number of the big boys will fancy us as a destination for their starlets who are not quite ready for their own team.
Also... I hope we sign a Dutch player - it won't feel right being in the PL without one.
