Just a thought really, but with all these tinpot suggestions to protest that either involve kids who couldn't organise a p1ss up in a brewery trying to plan marches or copycat things other clubs have already done, why don't we just throw our renewal forms we got through the post on the pitch at the start of a game? Easier to organise, easier to commit to, minimal effort for all involved, original as far as I can tell, sends a clear message of what we're annoyed about and the intention of our actions.
In the first instance, happy to kick off with a few renditions of 'We want Evans out' or 'Marcus Evans, he's killing our club'.
It won't achieve much but if enough of the ground joins in it'll confirm the majority feel the same and may well at least trigger a response from the invisible man with him being unable to ignore most people now have a problem with the way he's running the club.

Realistic protest idea? on 19:05 - Mar 28 with 1875 views
Years ago we played our final game of a Premiership season away to Sheffield Wednesday. We must have taken 4,000 that day and the two main chants were "We're sh1te and we know we are" and a Promise to Sheffield Wednesday fans, that we would be back.
The first chant is probably just as true today as it was then, but the second chant could be "We're not coming back next season"

how about a nice piece of irony.

Section 6 do that when we're pushing for a winner.
We don't need stuff directed at the players, it needs to be a message to the owner and the running of the club.
All abuse to players does is deter anyone good wanting to play for us.

Funnily enough it wasn't seen as abuse at the Hillsborough game not of course being sung until the game as far out of reach.
You could of course just go on the pitch and hope to be banned.
It's different context though. I was too young to be at the Hillsborough game, but I imagine it was more laughing in the face of adversity.
Part of the reason the players have been so below par is because they're demoralised by the continuous ironic chants and abuse shouted at them and their mates.
Don't really see what my encroachment has to do with anything, but well done.
