A good signing if his body can maintain his level.

If given the opportunity he will a focal point for them in the dressing room also, setting some standards, good for younger players.

Duty one? Just because I don’t beleive he will be a good signing for Colchester. He played 1 or 2 games last season. He was hardly prolific whilst here.
