Looks bad, they are talking about fans using a short spike, as well as 'street dancing'
Personally I blame migrants, them and their brown faces - though some might wonder what would happen to the UK economy if the 'black'* economy dried up.
* Hopefully the use of that word won't set off the paranoid righty wokey cokeys, who are now attacking the Brownies for being 'woke'

Parklife!
I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.
Football hooliganism has always been there it never went away and the UK has been the coke consuming capital of Europe for some time. Nothing new in that video, a reporter making a story.

Anecdotally, there's been an influx of young (teenager) twots since Covid. It's en masse as well, quite weird. It'll be a shame if this grows further, as we were making great strides in reducing the levels of violence we used to see in the past.
Think of the waste of resources too - thousands of officers needed across the UK on match days.
Cocaine use at the football is undoubtedly on the rise, as it is everywhere in society. But to attribute the post Covid rise in football violence to that would be wrong because cocaine use at the football was also rising pre-Covid and football violence was decreasing.

So many people here tell me cocaine is fine and only a bit of fun.

There will be plenty that say the same about alcohol.
I drink alcohol and it makes me a lot louder in real life but there are always limits. The majority of people, in my experience, who are aggressive after a few drinks tend to be aggressive when sober.
I don’t take drugs but maybe there’s a similar relationship between aggression and use?

Indeed there will but alcohol is already legal.

How much is football related against just an excuse to cause trouble?
I've watched non league for years and there's definitely an increase in young lads - teenagers - causing problems. My local club has a Stone Island (or Stone Thailand) bunch who turn up for higher profile games just to have a go at away fans.

I think most of it is down to life being sh*t for a lot of people - rubbish jobs, no chance of buying a house, recession, country in a state.
It's always the breeding ground for this sort of behaviour - often people with nothing to lose looking for something to keep them going from week to week.
There will always be the core who just enjoy fighting and the presumed buzz from that - but current socio-economic conditions lead to this. Blokes with a bit of disposable income for drugs, travel, new clobber but not enough to buy a house or the like

Indeed, Felixstowe banned a load of kids lately for this reason.

Legality is irrelevant, it still destroys millions of lives.
It’s not irrelevant for the purposes of a relativism argument if that’s what one seeks to make.

Same with my local club. The non league scene definitely provides a handy excuse for wannabe hoolie kids to have a punch up with the yoof of their nearest dead end town club - of which, being a regional league, there are quite a few on their doorstep.
