I have Sunderland as only in 06-07 but the others you list alongside them have. West Ham once in 11-12. Fulham did it twice. Wolves never did. Brum did do it twice which is a bit of a surprise as I can't recall them even being in the Prem!

That's quite a stat - that Norwich have received £185 m in parachute payments. The Norwich guy in the video talks about them being run on a sustainable basis, but, as far as they are concerned, that seems to indicate that the open-top bus might get an upgrade, but not much else.
