Just kicking back with a cup of tea and it's ace in my back garden presently:

Goldfinches
Great Tits
Long Tailed Tit
Starlings
Blackbird (male, singular)

Any interesting garden birds elsewhere?

similar here, with the addition of Wood Pigeons, a pied wagtail, robins a plenty and I am currently staring down a dunnock.

Here being beautiful, but currently gloomy, south suffolk.

PS a jackdaw has just swooped past.

A male chaffinch and a blue tit have just joined the fray.

As an aside it will soon be robin fighting season, looking forward to that.

We had a kestrel come and sit on our fence last week. Had a very intimidating look around, then went! Today, house sparrows, our resident wren, robins (1) blue tit, jackdaws, magpies, feral pigeons. Don't get the parakeets now we've stopped putting out peanuts.

I had a blue tit going in and out of one of our nest boxes today.

Other than that I have seen robins, a spotted woodpecker, great tits, chaffinches, green finches, 2 jays, blackbirds and 2 nuthatches. I always get several jackdaws and magpies which scare the smaller birds away.

I also have 5 grey squirrels which come every day.

All the usual suspects (ie blackbirds, robins, sparrows, etc) plus great spotted & green woodpeckers, jays, song thrush (quite rare now), our resident wren.

The wrens are surprisingly noisy for little chaps, don't you think? Give the robins a run for their money!

Don't get to see my garden in daylight during the week at the minute, but current weekend residents are...

Great tits
Blue tits
Robins
Blackbirds
Wood Pigeons
Doves
Occasional wren

I love long tailed tits, often get them here (Ip3) in the summer after they have fledged.

I was born underwater, I dried out in the sun. I started humping volcanoes baby, when I was too young.

We have a concrete heron near the pond.
He's quite tame and doesn't go far nowadays.
