If MM stays, even the most anti MM amongst us will still renew won't we, because it's the club we support.
We'll lose 1500-2000 I reckon, but still 10/11500 of us just in love with the club and will go.... even if we fcking dispise what we watch

We’ll be good again... one day

Yes, because for some of us watching football is just a big part of what we do. There will still be some really good games amidst that lot but plenty of others too - but when we look back it tends to be the good ones we remember.

Anyway, I still think MM will go in the Summer unless he gets some real money to spend. We need to change something though, a third mediocre season in a row will not be fun.

Even though the football ain't great and I question why I bother when waiting in the freezing cold on a Tuesday after a sh1t 0-0 draw with a team as sh1t as wolves, I spent 10 years on a Saturday watching Gillette Soccer Saturday wishing I was at the football.

So yeah I'll be there even if it's sh1t and we get relegated in a few years.

When you've got that attachment, it's hard to go against it ain't it?

I understand your point. If I wasn't married, I'd be at every u23 game, home and away, and every u18 game when we were at home and the 1st team were at home. But I am married so I don't. I am very anti mick's style of football, but not anti mick per se. He seems a decent fella, but I'd have him out of the club tomorrow if it were my decision.
Yes I will be back next year no matter what. But you, I and most on TWTD are Town nutters. I think there are many who whilst committed are not nutters about it. How many that is I don't know. I suspect we may struggle to get 10,000 season ticket sales if MM is still the manager in mid June.

There is only so much a fan can take, being in love with a club being steered the wrong way will only end in dissapointment .

The sooner McCarthy is gone the better. He is hanging on and buying time just hoping that new players will get him out of this mess. Totally fed up with the poor football, tactics, player selection and practically every time he tries to justify crap boring football.

So, has Mick still got another year if his contract left and won't go......or was this his last year and he'll go in the summer cos He's already had "that talk" with Evans and has agreed to leave in the summer. The lack of any funds in January because Mick is leaving?

We never know, it might turn out to be 2014-15 again. Or not.

I don't have a ST, living on the other side of the country, but will continue to go to as many games as I can manage.

Good Lord! Whatever is it?

No hassle whatsoever. Takes about 30 seconds with online banking, can do it anywhere, anytime of day as long as you have WiFi or signal on your phone.

I know that was then, but it could be again..

Yeah will still go along. Just difficult watching a rudderless ship, condescendingly administered into self perpetuating spiral.

1. Sell our best players with no real ambition of replacing them with comparable quality
2. Continue to rely on injury prone players and rue them when they're continually injured without buying anyone of comparable quality to bolster the strength of our squad
3. Realise all of the above and insist funds are available for transfers
4. Have generally poor transfer windows where we usually have one decent signing, one average signing and then multiple where we waste wages on and small fees (granted) on players who are clearly punts or just complete dross. Toe dip a couple of big-ish bids and then run for the hills when we realise the market is higher than we'd like
5. Squad gets very slowly worse where we rely on one or two players who look outstanding by comparison
6. Back to point 1

As you know the pricing of tickets and the dross that is served up isnt worth it for me.

The 'protest' against the current state of affairs should be that everyone holds back their renewals for as late as possible. The early bird will get extended anyway. Of course it would be extremely difficult to get everyone on board with this at short notice, but if people selected to cancel direct debits, not renew at the earliest opportunity then surely there would have to be a complete change of approach this summer. The only way anything will change is if the fans enforce it.

Nailed it, Texters.

Not a hard habit to break at all. Just something I enjoy.
