I would imagine with the horrific nature of the incident, that the whole county has just been in utter turmoil and just not had time to set one up.
Suffolk isn't immune to this type of thing. KJ had a can of Diet Coke out of a sealed pack of 6 earlier this week and one of the cans, despite being intact and sealed, was completely empty. She did, however, forget to ring the eadt immediately. |  |
