Keane: Only Bust-Up Was On The Track Friday, 5th Nov 2010 17:23 Boss Roy Keane dismissed last weekend’s tabloid claims of a bust-up with Connor Wickham, but joked that the 17-year-old might be unhappy with him after an incident during some go-kart racing earlier in the week. Keane says the claims of a falling out were nonsense: “The only concern was when we were go-karting on Monday Connor was trying to get me off the track, I know that. He was pushing me. “Unless he’s upset about the go-karting, it’s rubbish. I don’t have bust-ups, I’ve told you before.” Keane revealed that midfielder Jack Colback was the winner on the track and that he had pipped Wickham for second: “I had to bump a few out of the way! That’s why Connor’s unhappy, he finished third!” Despite the aggressive nature of the racing, the only injury was sustained by reserves coach Chris Kiwomya, who suffered a minor neck problem after a heavy crash.
