West Ham Confirm Dyer Loan
Friday, 11th Mar 2011 11:34

West Ham United have confirmed that former Blue Kieron Dyer has rejoined Town on loan, as revealed by TWTD earlier this morning. The 32-year-old will stay at Portman Road until April 9th.

Dyer trained with the Blues squad at Playford Road this morning and is set to make his debut at Leeds on Saturday.

Town have also now confirmed the move and that Dyer is likely to go into the squad for the visit to Elland Road .

He'll take the roof off when he return to Portman Rd against Watford. I do hope JB is fit though.

Longer term, I'd like to see an effort to bring back Darren Ambrose and if KD will sign for next season, Happy Days. Who knows, maybe just a showcase to get a contract elsewhere in the summer, good for all either way.

Welcome Back... OOHH YESSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Michael Owen and Owen Hargreaves would be my next targets lol!

Ipswich would smash the Masters 5-a-side in a few years lol!

I would imagine providing he stays fit enough to play the majority of games we will extend the loan for a further month which will take him to end of season, otherwise the best we will get will be 5 games, so hopefully he will be here until end of April/early May and get a better idea if this could be long term.

as he only lives near colchester he'll have no problem training! In summer he's got to decide whether he still wants to play and if so who's prepared to take a chance with him. Maybe the championship on a pay/play basis will be his limit. my only concern is that it doesnt give our midfield any more height which was very noticeable on Tuesday!

Bullard and Dyer, 2 quality players in the centre of midfield. A massive improvement on none. Get shot of Leadbitter (and Norris?) we're about to see again what real midfielders have to offer.

I cant believe it!!!! This is absolutely brilliant!
This should see the fans pouring back to PR. Watford is sure to be a sell out!

Bullard and Dyer in the same Ipswich Town team, im still pinching myself.
If some one had told me this at the start of the season I would have called for an ambulance and take the person away to see a doctor.
Well done PJ, another inspired signing if only for a month!

Absolute genius move (with a proviso that he is/stays fit).

fantastic sigining for the town. just shows that PJ hasnt given up in the loan market unlike RK. cant wait to see him play against leeds. the only problem is that he is very injury prone.

Geo ITFC:- Sadly extremely injury prone. But, hey ho, let's hope for an injury free month and thereafter. Dyer and Bullard...Bullard and Dyer, can't stop saying it.
