McCarthy Set for £1m Bonus if Town Stay Up
Wednesday, 31st Oct 2012 08:58

Incoming Blues boss Mick McCarthy is understood to be set to earn £1 million-a-year at Town, plus another £1 million bonus if he keeps the Blues in the Championship this season. The Blues currently sit bottom of the division, five points from safety having failed to win in their last 12 matches.

As reported yesterday, McCarthy, his Wolves assistant Terry Connor and ex-Blues skipper Matt Holland are set to be confirmed as the new Town managerial team before the weekend.

A press conference to unveil the new team appears likely to take place on Thursday, although nothing has yet been officially announced.

Welcome to the club mick i am sure you will do agreat job.
I have never felt so ashamed of the team .
Some of our so called players are not fit to wear the town shirt.
They must be shaking in thear boots now.
Go in there and sort out the none tryers.
We only want players who wear the shirt with pride even if it mean bringing in some youth players in to january if your good enough your old enough and they cant be as bad as some of the overpaid and non tryers we have got at the moment.
Come blues we are great football club make us proud again and we will cheer you on.
GOOD LUCK MICK.
