That squad looks incredibly thin.

Squad numbers don't really mean much anymore- but yeah we really need some reinforcements, 2 injuries and you start worrying and no emergency loans

Also I keep forgetting that we have Douglas and it makes me sad every time 😔

We are 1 winger away from a very cpmpetative squad.
Our first 11 can still be very strong if everyone stays fit.

really poor quality team for a hard season in the championship, certainly need some quality signings more than ever.

Just got really excited, I thought for one moment Douglas had been missed off the list. Dream on.

There's a lot being asked of our youngsters this season. As promising as some of them might me the Championship is too steep a learning curve. Our absence in the transfer market could well prove our downfall. Looking at that squad I can't help thinking we will be flirting with the other end of the table in May.

Surprised he didn't hold odd longer for announcing squad numbers, would certainly of expected once we signed a winger they'd get the number 7. And I miss last year's number 14 😕

Suprised no number for Patterson or Nydam. I hope to god that Bart starts the season as out first choice. I have a feeling though that Mick will still pick Gerken, he loves him

I don't like to look into squad numbers too much, but notably a right back looks on the agenda - HERE'S HOPING!!!!

Very surprised that Malarczyk has a squad number - thought he was on the way out

I want to feel optimistic and say that this young sqaud will gel into something special. However, I feel we are only 1 or 2 good quality players away from a team, if they remain fully fit, that could go on a give this league a real go! C'mon town! Go out and spend a £million or so on 1 or 2 players to give the fans and players alike a lift.

Let's be positive for once. Assuming they stay fit Didz and Teddy will seem like new signings as they barely featured through injury last season, also to a lesser degree Ham and Bru as both missed sizeable chunks.

A couple of signings away from what could be an interesting squad for the season, still carrying some deadwood (Douglas, Coke as examples) and risky to pin hopes on the youngsters but they got to get experience from somewhere.

Stewart is way down the list, he could be near the exit door.
still nice to see that MM will be utilizing more of our own home grown talent this season :)

Very good nucleus with experience right through the spine of the team.
Its a squad game so lets hope that all the youngsters can have a positive contribution when called upon

29 players in the entire squad. Looks like Malarcyk, Srewart and Coke will play big parts this season.

Don't read into the 2 shirt being vacant meaning we will sign a RB. We have only ever had 1 proper RB at the club since Mick has been here, possibly 2 and that was Orr and Richardson

how come monty patterson doesn't have a number? we have barely any wingers and he has already proven himself at international level, he's a bit older than others included on this list as well

Number 18 being kept for an attacking midfielder? please :)

17 players who can be termed 1st teamers, but that includes 2 keepers and some bang average players. I sincerely hope some of these kids can step up otherwise this is going to be a long, hard season. We've been given the easiest fixture we could have got in the Championship to start - home to Barnsley - but if we lose that game then the writing is firmly on the wall.

Might as well have given Cameron Stewart infinity.

Still think we can get another striker in there, def a winger & surely a Rb at num 2.
Oh I've just woke up, ain't gonna happen is it!!!!
