Made a nonsense of the hoofball moaners. Ball was played exclusively on the pitch and whilst the passing was far from incisive, we did retain procession much better. Bart kept us in it with two or three first class saves. On the whole though, I think we just about shaded it.

Best performance at home for ITFC this year. keep it going for the remainder and make the play offs.

A mixture of poor Forest finishing and some excellent keeping from Bart allowed Town to snatch the points despite being second best for much of the match. Town lacked creativity and strength in midfield and attack but Pringle's precise finish was the difference between the sides.

with the injuries we have and the midfield we turned out this was an excellent performance by the team. with Foley running things in midfield we tried to play football at last, why not when Murph is playing ? as his control is much better than Pitmans. Forest had their chances but Bart was outstanding again.we badly need the main lads back when we play the stronger sides

Its always going to be make your own luck and stop moaning if it doesn't get pulled off every time. We are successfully making our own luck and riding the knife edge so keep it going and maybe we will be the ones with that last lucky punch and gain promotion. Look forward to Messi playing here next year (That's what dreams are made of!) The team thrive from the positive vibes coming from the terraces so lets give them something to believe in?

Forgot to put up my ratings, but I had Berra as MoM, Bart did great again but I thought Berra was excellent - really back to his best form from last season - he dealt with everything the tricky Oliviera had to offer whilst being elbowed, hit, pushed and kicked by Blackstock!
Knudsen did very well defensively, he'll never win over some people on here but was very solid and made some excellent tackles.
Pitman on the other hand was absolutely useless first half, I was quite surprised when he came out second half, but he was back to his normal level then anyway.
First half I thought Hyam and Foley offered good protection to the defence but didn't offer much when we had possession. Second half Foley grew in confidence and started offering himself and being more composed on the ball, he still didn't look like he knew what to do when he got forwards and in a shooting position, but he set up the winner, so I can't complain too much!!
