A thread where you can hold your hands up and admit you were wrong too. The continual attacks on Jackson, Burns and Woolfie from particular individuals this season on here have been bizarre, and at times verging on the manic obsessive. |

I thought Burgess was a typical average League One defender. Good with his head defending crosses and corners but limited in his pace, positioning and passing. I think maybe he should have scored more this season but at the back he's been superb. |

I did similar when I saw the Hull and Coventry line ups but in the end you could see why Hull are still challenging for play-offs and why Coventry just missed out. Huddersfield are where they are for a reason and I'm pretty confident that the result will be a positive one, even though it's likely to be very nervy too. |

So important to savour the moment and not take it for granted. I did exactly that during the Robson years, never thought for one moment we were living time constricted halcyon days, it was just the norm and didn't ever consider it might end one day. Maybe posters like PJH feel the same about the Ramsey era.
A few years back when Barça were winning everything with Xavi, Iniesta and Messi I told my son to try to bottle the enjoyment as even with a team like Barça a group like that don't come round too often. Not sure he did - I probably wouldn't have done at his age. |

3) It was you asking about hoopoes, right? First bird I saw and photographed this morning. It was a sign and an omen for orange success today. Last one today, a couple of hours before kick-off was a bullfinch. |

Best match I've seen this season. Two sides really going for it right to the end, no time wasting, no sitting back and 2 wonderful Omari goals.
Probably not our best performance, too many misses, notably Burgess header, Sarmiento and Moore, and a couple of dodgy goalkeeping moments. But...that was a great match and the result was decent. |

Loads of time to work on set piece routines. Bet we see something new from Leif and Chappers on Saturday. Be great to see Wes and / or Hirst on the bench too. I'm feeling pretty positive, I'm sure the players will be eager for the match to come around and get back at it. |

They have nobody pushing them forward, get to the halfway line, turn round with Walker-Peters offering no width and no movement up front. |
