Should be given minutes on the pitch in the first team. If he is as good as everyone is saying he is he should have been loaned out to a league 1 club for a short period (3 months) at the start of the season to get a hunger and an experience for first team football. At 19 - 21 players careers are stifled by lack of first team opportunities. If he plays 10 games and doesn't score or create chances there fair enough but his record for the U21's & U18's suggests that that this unlikely to happen. |
