Agreed.
If he wants to be on occasional sub then he would be a fairly cheap option. He might want that, I don't know.

Maybe some haven't quite realised the step up. All I was saying is his pace will be matched.
He's biggest attributes are hard work and pace. Unfortunately most in the Premier League will match that.

I cannot believe he will want to be a bit like a cheerleader like Aluko has been for us.
Jackson is 30ish? Must still have have 4-5 decent years left.
Of course if he wants to sit around and be the 25th man then sure he might. I just can't see him wanting that. |

I find all this "if we had VAR", yet in the premier league we have it the other way round haha
He may have got these 12 letters ( I thought it was 6 on 10th April?!?) but does he know how many people have got against his side with the offside goals (scored for them, disallowed for others) soft penalties etc?
Sounds to me like he's looking for excuses for his expensive squad not being very good.... |

Do people really believe this stuff? His pace will be matched by most.
If he's playing for us next season, we'll be relegated along with a few other players who sadly aren't up to the big increase in level. |

He's complimentary when it's all but sealed we're going up. He's doing for his own gain, to perceive he knows what he's talking about, which clearly is not the case. He was almost crying in the QPR Leeds game, it was embarrassing (and funny).
Quite frankly, I wish more commentators and pundits were called out for things they say. Most talk absolute nonsense. Just happens Don is amongst the worst, which is quite a feat. |

I do think they will have some sort of ballot thing for members. That would probably work best.
I don't think ST holders should have any priority for extra tickets now.
Also, I'm not sure how, but if they want the resale website to kick off, they need to stop St holders just giving tickets to their mate/family for games they can't attend, but you cant be checking ID every person every game. Maybe have a photo wirh the ST card?
I'd imagine 80% or more of ST holder just do this. It's less hassle than reselling it I should imagine.
If you're looking for loyalty, you might be disappointed too but I'm intrigued about what they are going to do. [Post edited 11 May 13:14]

exactly this. It should be brought in for absolute howlers, instead of marginal offsides.
EDIT: Just to add, the european (i.e.champions league, europa league) games seem to have it a lot better. I know there was a linesman cock-up the other night, but in general..... [Post edited 10 May 14:52]

I think i'm in the minority, but I don't think Tuanzebe is any better than what we had? I appreciate he was playing right back and he did OK, and he has premier league experience (but not much recently).
Is he definitely here next season? I though he was on a 12 month contract? |

You're right. I think the step up is a lot more and so unfortunately we need a substantial amount of upgrades/new players.
I read someone said even luton, who I thought hadn't bought loads, still got 13 new players in!
Regarding Moore, I think if we could get him on a good deal, then I would take him. Not a prolific goalscorer, but now with lots of subs and 5 subs allowed, i'd definitely think he could come on and help us defend set pieces etc. if we were winning, as well as still being an attacking threat, holding up the ball etc.
Whether he would come and play that role, i'm not sure.
I think as much as I like both, we might need someone better than Moore and Hirst..... |

Looks like just speculation. But lets all be honest, he's not going to cut it in the premier league. His biggest assets are pace and work rate, all of which will be matched.
Played his part, but hasn't even had much game time this season. We've evolved very quickly and players like this, if they want to play, need to move on. He won't be the last either.
Its actually quite sad as I see a lot of the fringe players leaving, but we've evolved so quickly that those players good in League One, are now not going to be quite good enough in the PL, even for our bench. |

I like him. Played in a struggling team but takes his chances well. Would probably be in a similar situation with us in the PL.
I would like to see us sign him, but only for a decent price. if £20m+, that seems quite a lot! |
