Eddie Howe, who has arguably been the leading light forthe whole “young and hungry” management trend, has been at Bournemouth for the majority of the last 10 years building that team. Granted they’ve had a lot of money thrown into the mix the past 4 years but that’s not the point.
The point is to that after 3 games with an almost entirely new team and a new way of playing, we should not be losing our sh!t in the way many are. Give it time! |

Need some advice...
Just had Patmore round for a quote on a softener for our new house. Whilst the cost was as expected, it is still a helluva lot of money to chuck about.
I did a bit of digging on internet forums to get an idea of what else is out there & I've found electric softeners (which look altogether flimsy) and non-salt filtration systems which appear to be alright - both well under the £500 mark.
Wanted to know if the combined wisdom of TWTD had any advice or experience of their own in this field. |

Now that we have our exciting & young manager for #aANewEra, my hope is that the club reopen the earlybird tickets, even if only for a week. A lot of people, myself included, have been waiting to see who we appoint before looking at committing & I'd imagine the uptake would outstrip the cost of doing so. |

Should've been the chant.
Evans saved us once-upon-a-time, for that we'll always be grateful, but to take the club over the crest and into steep decline is just beyond me. It's all on ME's lap as far as I'm concerned. He's just emerged increasingly as a reptile and i agree with previous threads that we should be aiming our frustrations at him. |

Hello all,
I'm the ever elusive Mat that Unbelievablue has been referring to throughout his fundraising story.
I have taken the back seat a bit in publicly fundraising as I'm pants at it & in all honesty this is Josh's journey on which i am just a part. That said, I have my own reasons for supporting our chosen charity, so if you are feeling doubly generous please see my story & page below.
As Josh has outlined perfectly in his own post, every bit of support we receive means so much. My total raised went up 50% in the past couple of days - it's given me the frame of mind that it'd take a small army to stop me finishing.
Thanks again to those who have already donated, and to those who plan to. I'll be proud to cross the finish line with my mate in 5 days time.
