Yeah it was actually a new build in Kesgrave where most of it happened. There have been a few frankly terrifying incidents but for the most part, in the Suffolk home, it felt like more like someone messing around rather than something sinister. The thing which was bad was both my mum and I would hear inaudible shouting as we fell asleep - both thought it was a neurological thing until she had her new house blessed at which point I asked why she was doing it and we realised our joint experience. Since then I get kind of a sense of things but I'm not scared and deliberately push "not interested" thoughts when i do feel uncomfortable. It's usually if it happens in the daytime when i get a little anxious these days as i think everyone gets the heeby jeebies every so often at night. |

Yeah - had a load from about 14 until my Mum had her house blessed. We didn't talk about it but we had the same things happen to us and mine stopped at the point hers did. I don't believe it's religious but an act of "i don't want to experience this anymore" did it. Also lived in a victorian student house in Portsmouth and all 7 of us experienced similar things as well as a single event which essentially stopped a house party of 30 odd people. I'm also sceptical now as to what's imagination and what is real - but it's scary either way. |

I'm not sure the whole "city" thing is as bigger draw for British players anymore, especially when the moves are so close to home. I don't think players are out on the lash as they would have been 10 years back and further. Days off are spent maintaining their condition etc and with all moves relatively accessible to his home I think it'd be more of a footballing decision - in which case all are good moves for him. Enter MA & KM i guess... |

Would love this to be a song for a player. Would be quite funny just calling them "good" |

Not knowing much about the history of the build etc, being 10 or so at the time, how structural is the second tier? After being to a number of central-European grounds i'd love for them to put a steep kop end in (plausibly with safe standing). Long-wind for "can we put a single tier into existing structure? |

Yeah I saw it as a group of younger lads left of BA. For what it’s worth, generating an atmosphere is tough against an easy game where there’s 200 odd away support. It was the same at Morecambe - easy game and nothing to bounce off. I think BA do a good job generally, the drum has become a good lead for songs etc, just want them central so we can conduct something in time within all sections. Only other criticism is that I miss the traditional football songs sometimes in S6, I feel like S4 was better for that when we were in there (granted this was pre lambert) |

It's been a steady indoctrination though which is where the conspiracy pops up. I agree totally it's a personal choice but it's societal mindset now, the individual is no longer important as a result of the instant gratification folks get from the way content is delivered. I'm much happier for not being on the platforms and even went on a mini campaign to friends and family about it. What I find horrifying is less my younger brother (22 year old) who is 11 years younger than me, but my parents who who are in their late 50's spouting nonsense they've obviously taken from social media. It's insane to have conversations with my masters-educated mum where her opinion is so clearly a result of targeted content on things she should know better (morally at least) than spouting. It's hard not to look to the powers that be when trying to rationalise it. |

Couldn't agree more with your take on it all. I hate it. I deleted all the apps from my phone (admittedly only insta, twitter and FB) but would then just use the browser so have deactivated all accounts except twitter, which i only really use for itfc news. On ChatGPT, i run a software business for small accommodation owners and my CTO has said it's like having another 3 members of the team as all in the Product Team use it daily to check their code. I haven't really used it myself and don't intend to for all the reasons you've outlined but there is a strong case for use in business (although it is actively deskilling folks). Neptune Cafe is our usual go-to on matchdays where a bit of lining is required. Good price, good food, happy staff. Winner. |

Seasonal - i get on here more in footballing months, i find the summer transfer stuff tedious and now that there's a "loose-lips sink ships" policy at the club 90% is fanciful or pure BS. Wrap that up with political football it can be a downer on here at times! The analysis and opinion on club, players and manager is always good for the footballing soul but I rarely comment (unless drunk). |

In the days of staying at casa unbelievablue I witnessed and heard some awful things from Sales & Trading guys but even the middle office folks were bad. For the most part folks were pretty ordinary. TWTD |

People like you make supporting Ipswich more of an uphill task than it should be. It’s time for everyone connected to the club to perform, obviously. |
