I think Keane is spot on.....
O'Conner has potential and can only improve.
Trotter, regardless of what anyone says on here. I think this lad is decent. He is big, strong, has good technique, can tackle, can head and is POTENTIALLY a Huddlestone. He played for town when the WHOLE TEAM were under-performing, and therefore everyone on here judges him during that period. Look at the stick Delaney and Macauley got at that time and look at your opinions now.....
Trotter WILL be a success at town so quit your quick judgement and back the lad.....the only Ipswich born outfield player we have at present. |

u lot are d**ks.....if he f**ks up next yr then fair enough, but at the moment we aren't far away.....look at our team.....
RB - Superb, CB's - Superb, LB - Needed, RM - Superb CM - Need a strong guy in there....not happy with Norris/Leadbitter....i think we would be better playing Colbeck in middle and Norris wide for the moment...LM - Needed!.....then up top i thought Murphy was very impressive and Healy wasn't bad but will perform better with games....felt he drifted too far away from Murphy....
I'm predicting next year will be our year....i think this team is getting there.....everyone must remember the Magilton squad he inherited was poor....Lisbie, Quinn, Voltz, Campo, Thatcher, Miller etc |

QUINN is really poor player.....never been champs'p level......good work effort but he is weak, slow, can't head or tackle, and an average passer.....he wouldn't show up in the Ridgeons Prem!......i'm serious there are better players than him in that league. |

I totally agree with the earlier comment about lower league players.....look at our prime example, Walters....who is probably our best player!? He is as hungry as they come.....young, players from league 1/2 is the way we should go.

If we are bringing someone in, i agree Chorpa would be a good shout. Cardiff's money problems, plus Keane signed him for Sunderland. I think he is a dangerous striker who has excellent movement.

Town are progressing.....our centre halfs were outstanding last night....last ditch tackles, getting vital body in the way etc....it was great to see. Felt so gutted for the players with the late goal, but i can see our progression. Yes, at times passing wasn't great (first time i've seen Leadbitter give the ball away twice in a match!). I thought Stead worked hard and Pabs wasn't great but he is different to our other strikers. Priskin worked hard when he came on and was unlucky with his effort. Fans need to get behind him, i think he will finally come good with more minutes. |

I think he will sign for us in time, maybe not until March/April time though.....Keane wants him, Liam loves playing here, so i think it is a done deal.
Wish we could get a hungry striker in.....Preston capturing Welbeck this week, that is the kind of signing we need. I know Darren Ferguson was helped with his dad owing the player and also with Preston being on his doorstep but i bet this lad will hit at least 10 goals before the season is out....

Please stop playing Stern John and send him back asap.....he is clearly no good. Felt sorry for Walters in the 1st half....he ran his socks off (as usual) whilst John rarely even moved at half pace!!
I would rather we persist with our own players like young Priskin, Pabs and Stead. Get Walters back on the right. Our team looks fine accept for up top, where we have struggled to get a partnership all season.
