With the lads back in pre-season training yesterday, I thought I'd write a short blog on what positions/players that could really improve us for the tough season ahead. |

Although the majority of transfer dealings have been speculation so far this summer, I am still massively optimistic. We have signed three very good players in Cole Skuse, Jay Tabb and Daryl Murphy and also David McGoldrick is on his way and I think its massively important we keep the crop of players we had last season which created such a team spirit and a willingness to win. |

I have to say, I was disappointed with Damien Delaney's departure without having brought in a replacement. Fair enough Town letting him leave on a free, with him not getting a lot of games and was never the most reliable of defenders, but having just Tommy Smith and Luke Chambers as our two most established centre-backs, I think is a schoolboy error from Paul Jewell. |

First of all, this is my first blog, i've always wanted to do one and have never got round to it to be honest! I'm 17, and have always been a diehard Ipswich fan and always will be, despite the drama that comes with it! which brings me on to yesterday's 6-0 battering from Blackpool. |
