Sounds to me like we could still be in for Sharp? The bid for a wide man is with a new club, as Phil says, but PJ doesn't say the same about the bid for the striker, and nor does he say it's our first bid either, rather we are 'still' in talks - they've obviously been going on a while. Who knows...but reading between the lines, I'd say it could well be Sharp. Man, him & chops up front would be redic! |
