It was a bit of an anticlimax as the Scotsman never left York. The air brakes would not release so the service was pulled by a diesel engine up to Carlisle, however was not aware of this before setting off and there was no reception up there.
On the way back it was under steam being pulled by Tornado, which is a modern engine. Couldn't get back over to Ribblehead but watched it come through Long Preston at a fair pace!
Ah yes, I remember now about your trip in the elecric car, sorry delivery has been delayed and hopefully it turns up soon. I am a daily reader but only post once in a blue moon!
Weather forecast is wet, so hopefully will get some nice moody shots...
The Government has announced the 1st July start for GP data upload in England will now start on 1st September 2021 — but the Government has not said that you will hear anything from anyone directly about its plans, nor what (if anything) will change.

Regarding your speed as far as I can tell there is no minimum requirement to connect the Roku device however each platform / channel (iPlayer, Netflix etc.) will have its own minimum requirements, but 20Mbps should be more than enough.
Google says: "A good broadband speed for streaming is at least 1.5 megabits per second (Mbps) for TV services such as BBC iPlayer for standard streaming, or 2.8Mbps for HD quality. For Netflix, the minimum speed required is about 3Mbps for standard streaming and 5Mbps for HD"
Actually for a DM article its a pretty accurate one regarding what has actually happened. You should have a read through their facebook page (although I imagine a lot of the nasty stuff has now long gone) .
Granted there are some farms out there with questionable farming practices which your fellow vegans can target without any complaints from me. However this farm is not one of those and I hope those vegans involved in this instance get the book thrown at them.
Seriously though if you pass through Bungay you could do a lot worse than pick up a chunk of Baron Bigod and a couple of pints of their raw milk, its delicious stuff.
