our 2nd half performances are poor because the players are poorly conditioned, also why we get so many injuries and injuries to new signings!!
a whole new regime is needed at 1st team level!. i heard a rumor that even though the club have it,the 1st team don't use that GPS stuff the big clubs use because mccarthy doesn't like it!! |

Let me start with this, I think ME is full of S#@T.......however his 5 steps would make sense if he had a young innovative manager who could actually coach players to pass to each other. With the current management team his plans make no sense at all! |

i've watched quite a bit of academy football and the difference in style to the 1st team is staggering, the longer this ancient manager stays in charge the worse it gets.
people who say wait till we get x, y , z players back are kidding themselves. The reason there are so many injuries is probably because of the prehistoric training and fitness programmes.
lets get a fresh manager (and backroom staff), with current ideas, who trusts his younger players !! |

some good signings and we now have some very technical players in midfield / number 10. Shame the defence (I'm looking at you Luke Chambers!) can't pass the ball 10 yards to them! |

getting a pro contract and into the 1st team squad is largely irrelevant unless they make first team appearances. You can compare the amount of players to cat1 academies all you want, most cat1 clubs invest in new players so have less need to produce there own...unlike us!! |
