Hey guys, i know we're a charitable bunch most of the time, putting aside our ITFC differences, so I am chucking this on here. This september (ages away!) I am running my first ever marathon, the Berlin Marathon. This is a scary thought, as the furthest I had ever run is 10k, but training is going well so if i can get under 4:30 I will be happy.
Im running it in aid of prostate cancer UK, which chances are, we all know someone who has been effected, will be affected, or has been effected ourselves, so any pounds or pennies you guys might be able to spare will help me reach my target!
