The CD 'Mystery White Boy' closes with this song (segued in after 'Hallelujah'), recorded in Seattle on the 7th, May, 1995. Do you know if this is from the same source or is it (as it sounds like) a studio recording?

Not sure. Like you say, it certainly sounds like a studio recording but there are plenty of Hallelujah sounding chords at the start so it could be the former.
