I note the Klug went for two wing backs.is this sensible for an away match where stopping goals is paramount? In my youth, too many years ago to contemplate, a team had a goalie, two full backs totally defensive and between them a stopper centre half. Two wing halves integrated with two inside forwards, two wingers and a centre forward up front. it seemed to work then. Abit old fashioned I acknowledge, but each department knew its job and part in the game. | |
