Oddly, that reaffirmed my faith in Lambert 16:38 - Feb 10 with 344 viewsthebooks

I'd been unsure recently.

Firstly, great to see a derby with some bite for a change. We fought every minute.

Thought we actually played really well, especially the midfield. In the second half Chalobah was fantastic. Teddy dangerous when he came on, drawing 40 or 50 fouls a la Johnny Williams.

Normal defensive problems. For all his stamina and last minute clearances I think Pennington gets caught out too often. It's partly why he always looks like he's stretching for the ball. Chambers a bit flatfooted.

Full backs good. Even Nolan had his moments. Judge has some quality. Will Keane dropped deep and held up the ball well. Harrison waspish and dangerous.

Thought we deserved a goal. Match could have gone a lot differently.

I was uhming and ahing over renewing out season tickets next year, but the passion and quality gave me something to look forward to. And I like Lambert taking on all the Norwich coaching staff and refusing to regret it after the match.
