We did not sell any of our young players in this transfer window but will certainly cash in at the next window. The same cycle that has failed this club. We do not build a team around our better young players towards progress but constantly reduce their impact by playing them next to players (senior pro,s ) who have cemented themselves at this club.. Then we sell the better players.A continual programme of fostering good young players only to sell them once they are of value to another team elsewhere. This is the Evans way. In the mean time the football supporter suffers all over again. The football has been up and down, mostly poor, for too many years. Something is wrong. Is it poor advice, poor judgement or just a lack of fluidity that ruins this club . ? | |
