So deflated tonight 18:56 - Feb 22 with 462 viewsRomeo4

Can’t be bothered to form any succinct sentences but want to get my thoughts down more as a form of therapy so here is a list of my random observations:

Glad he picked the same team after a good win last week
We were decent in first half hour. The ball just didn’t seem to drop for us
If we’d have scored then it could have been a different game
Oxford offered very little threat. They scored after their only real period of sustained possession and it was just too easy for them.
Keane is not a striker. He is not sharp enough and makes life way too easy for opposing defenders.
No idea why he took Edwards off. Lost natural width down our right
Why did he revert to 442? None of Bishop, judge, Woolf, garbutt were playing in their best position as a result. We were so disjointed after that.
Why did he not make subs earlier? We were creating very little so why not mix things up
Our crosses into the box got progressively worse as the game went on
Nolan lost grip on the midfield. Why not bring on Huws? He and Downes were forming a good pairing a few weeks back.
Why did some of our fans stand and applaud Jackson on his way off? I never understand this. He could’ve cost us dear with very few options up front.
Why do refs not tackle time-wasting tactics in this league?
The atmosphere is close to turning toxic. Another poor result or 2 and it’s all going to get very ugly for PL and Evans. I do not enjoy this.

So deflated tonight. We’re making a right mess of this aren’t we?
