Hide scores on iFollow desktop 12:22 - Oct 18 with 1825 views

Hi guys,

So I couldn't watch the game live yesterday, which meant trying to avoid the score until I could watch the match replay today. I managed to avoid any spoilers until I got to the page with the video replay, where to score appears front and centre in huge print!

I know the iFollow app has the option to hide the scores, but I didn't want to watch on my phone, I wanted to watch on my laptop!

I have therefore added some custom rules to my ad blocker, which hides the scores on any of the iFollow results/video replay pages!

So for anyone using uBlock Origin (highly recommended), you can put the following custom rules in:

! https://www.itfc.co.uk
www.itfc.co.uk##.score
www.itfc.co.uk##.Opta-Score
www.itfc.co.uk##.Opta-Events

Just copy and paste that into the uBlock origin dashboard.

This might not be useful to a single person, but it will certainly make things better for me!

EDIT: Remember to whitelist TWTD!

bit late to the party but thanks for this - i had stopped subscribing as it was driving me mad every sunday morning (in australia) having to stay off social media, then when it got to view time, having to try and get to the highlights without seeing the scoreline. I shall be subscribing again this year. COYB

No problem, hope it's continued to work and they haven't changed their website around at all in a way that breaks it. It'd be an easy fix if they have. Maybe you can test it on previous fixtures?

yeah I tested it on last season and works fine :)
