If we are gong to continue to blood the youngsters and that seems the only realistic approach knowing our financial position then we need a good coach. Lambert isn’t a coach and has no tactical awareness, he proves it week in week out. The only time he had success was when he had Ian Culverhouse masterminding things. Let’s therefore get a Manager/coach with the ability to improve the young players.
