You would think that Henry's "departure" means that Lambert has realised something has been seriously lacking in this department. Knocks are part & parcel of football, but Town's record of muscle injuries over the last few years has been so bad you cannot think it's just bad luck. We also have quite a record of a player being out for "a few weeks" and then he needs an operation. |
Not just that - look at how many times long-termers like Huws, Bishop and going further back, McGoldrick have broken down on return. Look how long it took Dozzell to come back. It's not just the pre-emptive stiff that's lacking, it's treatment, recovery and rehab that's substandard. |  |
