So basically they were charged under terrorism laws when ordinarily they would have expected to be charged for aggravated trespass. Indeed that is exactly what they were charged with until the charges were suddenly increased after four months.
There is a smell of political intervention in that decision. Whether anyone is held to account - yeah right. But anyhow - good news for all concerned.
