It may just be the sun, or the fact that I'm still riding the wave of PL not being here, but I'm so excited to see what team PC puts out today and the changes to our play he may have made.
Saturday was too soon to really see an impact I think (plus, he couldn't really change a winning team), so tonight may give us a better idea.

I can’t get overly excited about watching any football on TV to be honest with you. This would’ve been a good night game after a sunny, spring like day in Suffolk, with valuable points on offer to kick start our new regime. I miss the social aspect, the smells and sounds of Portman Road and a couple of pre match beers. It’s all part of it isn’t it, rather than being sat at a laptop for another 2 hours after a whole day of working from home. Those days will return though.
In the meantime it’s better than nothing, beats the One show or some such b0llocks like that. Look forward to seeing a reaction after Saturday, a win really can kick start our playoff push, so it’s a big game.
I’m going to take my little one for a play on the swings before the light goes, and hope to see us pick up 3 points after that. Life is good.

I've said it before and I will say it again, filling in the corners was a mistake. Not just for the adverse effect upon the pitch but also because I miss sitting in Churchmans and watching the headlights descend Berners Street as the light goes on a late autumn afternoon. When I write my blockbuster novel and leave J.K. Rowling trailing in my wake as the big literary earner I am buying Town and knocking those fecking infills down. |  |
