For a number of reasons: because it takes time to change the mentality of players expecting failure, because fitness levels aren't good enough for how he wants the team to play, and the squad is a mismatch of players. Cook has done nothing yet and some of the praise for him is over the top but your posting the same thing, or a variation thereof, on every single thread you can find is becoming incredibly tedious very quickly. |  |
