It's interesting that the "3 Lions" keep being referred to as co owners.

It's a strange tag for people with a 1.5% share holding each. Technically correct I guess.

Having said that, I like what I've heard from them so far.

Ipswich Town Football Club Company Limited and the associated companies (the club) is 12.5% owned by Ipswich Town PLC and 87.5% owned by Gamechanger 20 Limited.

In turn Gamechanger 20 Limited (which is technically not the club, just a party that own the majority of shares in the club and has significant control) is owned 90% by ORG, 5% by the Three Lions and 5% by Marcus Evans.

The board of directors for Ipswich Town Football Company (the club) are Michael O'Leary, Mark Andrews and Berke Bakay. Neither Johnson or Detmer are directors of the club itself.

Johnson, and Detmer along with Ed Schwartz (ORG) are however directors of Gamechanger 20 itself which also has Bakay and O'Leary as directors:
