Linked Players 08:26 - May 11 with 444 views

With a number of players set to be and already have been linked, I have taken a brief look around their forums to see if there are any bits of information on any of them.

First up on the Crewe page a thread about Owen Dale - https://boards.footymad.net/showthread.php?t=38275610

The original poster noting that apparently 4 clubs are linked with 2 of them being in League 1. It has come as a surprise to the original poster even though he has scored some great goals there are suggestions he is not quite ready yet. They did not that a new offer should be offered now so there does seem to a sense of optimism about him however it also seems the concern is also about being about to secure a fee rather than risking him leaving on a free in future.

Further down another poster mentions how Ryan Wintle is ready for a move to a higher level — this on a side note would be a fantastic signing if we were to sign him.

Amusingly the rest of the thread references an Ipswich Fan who was surprised at the interest in a Crewe player.

Next up is off to the Dundee United page for Benjamin Siegrist -

Not much on there but it is expected the Swiss goalkeeper will leave this summer with one post expecting a fee of $750K however not expecting him to go to Ipswich.
