Anyone else brought tickets for Saturday 1st game of season & charged twice? 17:32 - Aug 3 with 482 viewsfigo72

I brought an adult & an under 19 ticket for the Morecombe game which went through ok and I printed my ticket at home.......got a bank statement saying they took £34 and the another £34????? Did this happen to any other Blue Army peeps???

Yeah happened to quite a lot of people, it’s one of the reasons why the ticket office is so busy ha.

Give them a ring or email and they’ll sort it.

Sorry it's happened to you but good to know it's not just me. I bought 2 season tickets on line Saturday and they've taken the money from my bank account twice.
Emailed the ticket office this morning and waiting for the correction.
